Toys R Us Suspect robbing the toy store.

The Woodlands, February 7 – A black female in her 20s to 30s reached over a county in the checkout line at Toys R Us at 1420 Lake Woodlands Drive in The Woodlands at 3 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, and grabbed an undetermined amount of cash from the open register. She then ran from the store and got into a white Toyota passenger car with fake temporary paper tags.

 Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the scene of the theft. According to video and eye witness statements, a cashier in the toy store had just completed a transaction with a customer at the register when the shameless theft occurred.

 The suspect is described as a black female appearing to be in her 20’s-30’s, wearing a dark colored hat and long sleeve sweater. It appeared that she was carrying a maroon purse.  

 Thankfully, no one was injured during this theft.

 Although this investigation remains active , the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help.
