The Golden Hammer Business Staff Reports
New York and Conroe, November 1 – The TGH 25 Stock Index rose 0.9% with Tesla soaring, although Apple, Amazon, and Starbucks continue to suffer mightily from supply-chain problems which are dragging down their revenue and earnings.
Since the entire purpose of the TGH 25 Stock Index is to measure the true condition of the United States economy, one would expect that the index would be less volatile than the other stock indices which the liberal news media tends to highlight. The market continued to react to political occurrences.
Tesla (TSLA), for the third week in a row, showed the strongest advance among the stocks in the TGH 25 Stock Index during the past week.
Kelli Ann Cox, Publisher of The Golden Hammer, said about last week’s trading, “Supply-chain problems remain severe for companies conducting their business worldwide, especially manufacturers, like Apple, which depend upon resource production internationally along with production outside of the United States and shipping to America. Despite those problems, the one company which continues to shine and pull the market upwards is Tesla, which seems to have foreseen supply problems with careful planning and oversight.”
The TGH 25 Stock Index as of 12:01 a.m., Monday, November 1, 2021, is:
145.30 (Up 1.31 from the previous week.)
