The Woodlands, June 22 – On June 20, 2017, Sheriff Rand Henderson and his leadership team held the first of many successful CAP’s (Community Action Partners) meeting at the Impact Church in the Woodlands, Texas. Our CAP’s program is one example of Sheriff Henderson’s strategic plan to provide meaning partnerships that will enhance the quality of life for our citizens, businesses and visitors through efficient and innovate public safety practices.

During this meeting, residents and business owners from the area were able to submit questions to the Sheriff and his leadership team on issues of concern to them regarding public safety. The CAP’s program is another way for residents and businesses to become partners in solving problems that vastly affect their areas.

Citizens and businesses who join the CAP’s program are provided with an outlet to communicate with the Sheriff’s Office via its website, and receive items and materials that assist them in being recognized as a supporter of public safety. CAP’s members take ownership in their desire to make Montgomery County the best and safest county in the State of Texas.

Sheriff Henderson and his entire team have thanked the community for making this event a success.
