Montgomery County Democrats intend to “start ’em young” by targeting recent graduates

Conroe and The Woodlands, July 30 – The Golden Hammer, Montgomery County’s leading daily newspaper has obtained a secret advance copy of a mailer, which the Montgomery County Democratic Party is sending to recent area high school graduates in order to target them as likely Democrat voters in the November 3, 2020, General Election. This newspaper confirmed the mailer and obtained the copy from an official in the Democratic Party, who requested anonymity for fear of reprisal.

The mailer includes an introduction for each of the candidates running for local, state, and national offices for which Montgomery County voters may vote, including Lore Jones (running for Precinct 3 Montgomery County Commissioner), Mike Midler (running for Precinct 1 County Commissioner), Maher Husseini (running for Sheriff), Marc Meyer (running for Judge of the 457th District Court), Lorena McGill (running for State Representative), Jay Stittleburg (running for the State Senate), Gisella Triana (running for the Texas Supreme Court), Staci Williams (running for the Texas Supreme Court), Kathy Cheng (running for the Texas Supreme Court), Amy Meachum (running for Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice), Chrysta Castaneda (running for Railroad Commission), Elizabeth Hernandez (running for Congress), MJ Hegar (running for the United States Senate), and Joe Biden (running for President).

The Democrat mailer has one side which is a letter from Democratic Party Chair Amy Hamrick Lewis, which encourages recent high school graduates to get involved in the electoral process and vote for Democrats.

This newspaper confirmed that the Democratic Party has already printed over 2,000 of the mailers and intends to mail them over the next two weeks.

The mailer also offers recent graduates employment as paid poll workers on Election Day by contacting the Montgomery County Democratic Party Headquarters.
