“It’s Hammer Time” to host Urban Reform Institute Director Blain

Montgomery County, June 5 – “It’s Hammer Time,” the popular Facebook Live and YouTube show at MCPLive.TV, will host a June 5, 2020, 12 noon, show with Charles Blain, the President of the Urban Reform Institute, as special guest. The talented Reagan Reed, Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party, will continue to host the show.

Reed has indicated that the show will focus on criminal justice reform, the Floyd case in Minneapolis, and criminal justice issues related to the Chinese Coronavirus panic.

Prior to his service as President of the Urban Reform Institute, Blain was the Houston Director for Empower Texans, the largest grassroots conservative organization in Texas. Blain’s primary interest area is criminal justice reform focusing on the areas of civil asset forfeiture, over-criminalization, and transparency. During the 2014 election, Blain worked as a field director for Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s successful gubernatorial campaign.

Blain has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
