The Golden Hammer Staff Reports

South Texas, Dallas, and Amarillo, May 26 – Former President George W. Bush, who lives in Dallas, was the target of an assassination plot by ISIS in March, although two confidential informants spoiled the plot by reporting to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as search warrants made public in a federal district court in Ohio revealed yesterday. ISIS had smuggled a Middle East kill team through Mexico into the United States under the leadership of purported asylum seeker Shihab Ahmed Shihab, according to the FBI informants.

The attempt was “payback” for Bush’s leadership in the invasion of Iraq.

The danger to the former President living in Dallas is another sign of the terribly weak leadership of President Joe Biden, the White House, and the Department of Homeland Security under the feckless direction of Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Since the Biden administration has failed to enforce American immigration laws, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has become the de facto “chief immigration law enforcement officer” in the United States. On Monday, May 23, Paxton filed a motion for preliminary injunction to stop the implementation of the Department of Homeland Security’s new Rule unlawfully altering asylum and parole procedures at the border. The motion follows on AG Paxton’s original complaint first filed last month in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division.

Biden’s new Rule exacerbates loopholes in the illegal-alien removal process, prioritizes alleged efficiency over national security and costly impacts to Texas, and ignores common-sense solutions and effective border-security policies. If the Rule goes into effect, it will immediately make it much easier for illegal aliens to enter the U.S. and obtain asylum through false claims. The predictable result will be a massive increase in non-meritorious asylum claims.

Paxton said, “The Biden Administration has made it clear that they do not want to abide by the Constitution or the rules and regulations set by Congress, especially regarding the Texas border. Federal law requires genuine asylum and parole claims to be carefully managed and scrutinized by an immigration judge, not a bureaucrat rubber-stamping patently false claims. Not only that, but this entire Rule is just a way for this Administration to accomplish their real goal: a mass influx of illegal aliens into the United States. I’m asking the court to put a stop to the Rule before it goes into effect.”
