Constable Hayden leads high visibility criminal interdiction

Splendora and New Caney, August 18 – On August 16, 2017, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy: Hayden conducted a “High Visibility Criminal Interdiction” operation that focused on the I-69 Corridor between FM 1314 and Fostoria Road in East Montgomery County. The Constable’s Office conducted the operation between the hours of 8 p.m. and 3 am. which resulted in 10 arrests. Those arrests included possession of cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine and heroin, 3 DWI arrests, 2 Driving While License Invalid arrests, and several warrants. The operation also resulted in the seizure of one vehicle.

Constable Hayden, who also took part in the operation advised, “This was a very productive night with many arrests of people who needed to be taken off of the roadways. We strive to keep our citizen’s and visitors safe in East Montgomery County.” Constable Hayden thanked both the City of Splendora Police Department as well as the East Montgomery County Department of Public Safety Troopers who also took part in the operation and had several arrests themselves.

The following subjects were arrested:

Mark Woolbert, 40 years of age from Houston, TX was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Michael Grosz, 36 years of age from Porter, TX was arrested for felony Driving While Intoxicated and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Justin Lanmon, 38 years of age from Cleveland, TX was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

William McKinley, 25 years of age from Splendora, TX was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for Harassment.

Lewis Weaver III, 32 years of age from Nacogdoches, TX was arrested for Driving While License Invalid.

Jaylan Tatman, 23 years of age from Houston, TX was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

Caleb Barber, 30 years of age from Cleveland, TX was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

Larry Williams, 59 years of age from Porter, TX was arrested for first degree felony Manufacturer/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin) and Possession of Marijuana.

Shannon Howell, 38 years of age from Livingston, TX was arrested for Driving While License Invalid.
