Constable De Forest’s team nets meth head

Gabrielle Gina White, meth head.

Conroe, July 5 – On Thursday, July 4, 2019 at about 3:15 p.m., Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Deputy Davis of Precinct 2 Constable Gene De Forest’s Office observed a speeding vehicle on FM 3083.  A traffic stop at the intersection of FM 3083 and North Loop 336 East found an unlicensed driver operating the vehicle.

The subsequent inventory search incident to arrest led to the discovery of methamphetamine. After initiating the traffic stop, Deputy Davis identified the driver as Gabrielle Gina White, white, 58 years of age, of Conroe.

White advised that she did not have a driver’s license, and checking showed that White’s current status was a suspended driver’s license with prior convictions.  Pursuant to her arrest for Driving While License Invalid, an inventory search found a methamphetamine pipe and a quantity of methamphetamine in her purse on the front seat.

Due to the condition of the meth at the time of arrest, an accurate weight was not available at the MCSO Jail, but the Assistant District Attorney accepted charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1 to 4 g, Felony 3 on White. Later processing of the evidence provided an accurate weight of 5.55 g, and the District Attorney’s Office was advised of the corrected weight.
