Constable De Forest’s team makes felony DWI arrest during harassment call

Conroe, July 16 – On Tuesday, July 9, 2019, Montgomery County Precinct 2 Deputy Constable J. Smith of Constable Gene De Forest’s Office was called to the 500 block of Talmadge Hall on a complaint of harassment.  During the course of his investigation, Deputy Smith found that the suspect in his call had an outstanding felony warrant currently issued for her arrest.

After completing his original harassment call investigation, Deputy Smith then went to the suspect’s home in the 500 block of Sandra Court, where he located RENEE ROSE WILLIAMS, 30-year-old white female. WILLIAMS was advised of the active warrant and taken into custody.

WILLIAMS was booked into the Montgomery County Jail for the charge of DWI (2ndor more), on the felony warrant issued from the Montgomery County 221stDistrict Court.

Charges are pending with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office on the original harassment case.
