Constable De Forest’s Office arrests Elzy for possession of meth, other drugs

Conroe, May 31 – On May 22, 2019, Deputy B. Davis of Constable Gene De Forest’s Pct. 2 Constable’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of River Plantation Drive, Conroe.  

During the stop, Deputy Davis discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, LSD, oxycodone, xanex, knives, scales typically used to weigh narcotics for resale and a loaded pistol.

As a result of his investigation, suspect BENJAMIN ELZY was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony) and Felon in Possession of a Firearm (Felony).
