Image: Louisiana boy John Hill Wertz, the elected Treasurer of the Montgomery County Republican Party, is very proud that the City of New Orleans hosted the world’s largest bowl of macaroni and cheese ever made. The bowl had 660 pounds of macaroni, 300 pounds of cheese, and over 1,000 pounds of milk, and weighed just over 2,100 pounds. John Folse made the treat in a giant sugar kettle. What an accomplishment!
