
Washington, March 23 – The House Republican leadership postponed the vote on the Trump administration’s proposal to repeal and replace the Obama care legislation. The postponement occurred because the leadership lacked the necessary votes to pass the bill. A confidential source inside House Majority Whip Steve Scalise’s office told The Golden Hammer that the GOP was approximately 12 votes shy of a majority to support passage of the bill.
