Washington, D.C., March 24 – United States Attorney General William Barr sent a letter to the United States Congress this afternoon, which makes clear that Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded, “[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”
The Mueller investigation was extremely costly to American taxpayers, more than $30 million. Nevertheless, Mueller, a serious and tough prosecutor and law enforcement official who previously served as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation clearly worked very hard to investigation the allegations of Russia collusion and called the final shots as he saw them: no evidence of a crime on the part of President Donald Trump, the Trump administration, or the Trump Campaign.
Clearly, members of the democrat party should apologize to the President for their hyper partisan approach to the allegations and investigation of criminal activity.
The $30 million witch hunt found no witch.
