Saddle River Range Club burglarized, Sheriff’s Office seeks assistance to catch perps

Conroe, August 24 – On August 19, 2017 at approximately 6:20 a.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a burglar alarm at 4280 FM 1488, Conroe Texas 77384, which is the Saddle River Range Club. Upon Deputies’ arrival, they learned that three suspects burglarized the Saddle River Range Club and took several guns from a gun case.   The investigation revealed that the suspects made entry through the front door of the business after breaking the glass. Once inside, the suspects stole approximately 12 semi-automatic handguns from a gun display case.

Video footage from the business shows a dark colored SUV pull up just outside of video camera range. Video surveillance then shows the suspects breaking the front door glass with rocks and entering the business. Once inside the suspects take the firearms from a gun display case inside and leave the same way they entered.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were dispatched to the scene and processed the business for evidence. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office along with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms are working this investigation jointly.

Suspect 1 is described as a male, 16-20 years of age, 5’8”-5’10”, 160-170 pounds, wearing a light to medium colored jacket, black pants, a ski-mask, gloves, Jordan Concord 11 sneakers (or similar), and wearing a backpack on the front of his body.

Suspect 2 is described as a black male, 16-20 years of age, 5’8”-5’10”, 140-150 pounds, short afro, medium colored short sleeve t-shirt, basketball shorts, with the lower half of his face covered, wearing a backpack with a dark colored rectangular patch on the front.

Suspect 3 has an unknown description and drove a dark colored SUV in which all the suspects fled the scene.
